Designer & Builder
Fueled by a childhood spent observing his father, a skilled general contractor, a passion for construction took root in London at a young age. By 19, he was already learning the ropes firsthand, honing his problem-solving skills alongside his father. But London’s creativity craved more than just functionality. He began seamlessly integrating design elements into his building projects, and for the past twelve years, his focus has been solely on crafting high-end custom homes.
James Lawrence
Director of Construction
James Lawrence is Director of Construction at KCG and oversees all operations and projects. James’ extensive construction and field experience includes a variety of technical projects ranging from ground up luxury home construction to commercial tenant improvements in Hawaii, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.
As a Real Estate broker, the contractors I recommend to my clients must be exceptional as they are a reflection of me and my business.
